CURRENT WORKSHOPS

Designed to be both engaging and accessible, these workshops offer hands-on experiences that make healing a natural part of everyday life. Through a variety of techniques, we demonstrate that holistic living is highly practical and limitless in its potential. Each session provides practical, integratable tools to support your journey long after the workshop ends.

SOMATIC SOUND BATH

Movement prepares the body; sound does the rest.

A guided experience combining gentle somatic movement with immersive sound healing to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and increased body awareness. The session begins with subtle, body-led movement designed to awaken sensation, release tension, and create receptivity. As sound waves flow through the body, participants are invited to notice shifts, sensations, and subtle energy currents, allowing the vibrational qualities of the instruments to move deeply through areas of holding. This experience encourages presence, embodiment, and self-discovery, supporting participants in opening to the healing potential of sound while cultivating a deeper connection to their bodies. No prior experience is needed — the practice is accessible, restorative, and adaptable to individual needs, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and attuned.

CREATIVE EMBODIMENT

Create from the body, not the mind.

Creative Embodiment is an experiential exploration of creativity as something you feel, not something you force or perform. What lives within you, waiting to be expressed? What desires are asking for space? What are you here to create? This offering invites you into a guided journey through somatic movement, sound, meditation, and reflective journaling to reconnect with your creative source at the level of the body. We begin by gently awakening sensation through movement, creating safety and presence in the nervous system. From there, sound-guided meditation supports deeper listening and access to subconscious layers of creativity and desire. The experience concludes with intentional journaling prompts designed to integrate insight and spark authentic expression. Creative Embodiment centers the sacral space—our center of pleasure, creativity, and flow—while weaving together the intelligence of the mind (intuition), heart (desire and feeling), and womb/belly (creation and embodiment). Through this process, participants are invited to reconnect with their inner artist, rediscover passions that may have been buried or forgotten, and create from a place that feels alive, honest, and self-directed. This is not about producing art—it’s about remembering how to create from within.

SOMATIC BREATHWORK

Feel what your body knows.

Somatic Breathwork (Root to Heart) is a guided, body-based breathing practice designed to support awareness, regulation, and emotional integration through the lower four energy centers: root, sacral, solar plexus, and heart. This experience uses intentional breath patterns, gentle somatic cues, and grounding guidance to explore how safety, creativity, personal power, and love are held in the body. Chakras are approached as an energy anatomy—interconnected with physiology, nervous system function, and emotional patterns—rather than abstract concepts. As breath moves through these centers, participants are invited to notice sensation, emotion, and internal signals, offering insight into where the body may be asking for care, support, or integration. The practice supports embodied awareness rather than catharsis, allowing each person to work at their own pace and depth. This offering is ideal for those seeking a grounded, respectful approach to breathwork that prioritizes safety, presence, and integration, helping align energy while deepening connection to the body’s innate intelligence.

INTUITIVE MOVEMENT

Cultivate freedom through your body.

Intuitive Movement is a guided movement experience rooted in freedom, sensation, and self-directed expression. Drawing inspiration from ecstatic dance and somatic practices, this offering invites participants to explore both structured and free movement: Workshop Component: Using isolated movements, gentle stretching, and targeted exercises, participants build awareness of posture, alignment, and sensation. This foundation supports deeper access to flow, grounding, and embodied presence. Free Expression Component: Participants transition into open, intuitive movement, allowing the body to guide motion, rhythm, and creative expression. Music and subtle prompts facilitate emotional release, exploration, and connection to innate creativity. Through this combination of structured awareness and free movement, the practice deepens bodily awareness, nervous system regulation, and creative expression, while cultivating a safe space to move authentically. Intuitive Movement is accessible to all bodies and movement backgrounds, and is designed to leave participants feeling grounded, energized, and embodied.
