"Nervous System Reset: From Survival to Thriving"
Tap into your body's natural ability to regulate and restore balance in this super interactive workshop. Learn the essentials of the nervous system, with a special focus on Polyvagal Theory, and discover how it impacts your emotions, stress response, and overall well-being. Through guided exercises, movement, breathwork, and practical tools, shift from a state of survival into deep grounding and regulation. Walk away with techniques to reset your system anytime, bringing more ease, clarity, and resilience into your daily life.

ECSTATIC DANCE
"Elemental Flow: An Ecstatic Dance Journey"
Step into a space of freedom, authenticity, and pure movement in this immersive ecstatic dance workshop. Drawing from my experience touring with Salamander Collective, a band dedicated to live ecstatic dance experiences, we’ll explore movement through the lens of the four elements—Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. Each song is infused with the essence of an element, guiding you to ground, expand, flow, and ignite through dance.
This is a judgment-free zone where you’re encouraged to embrace your weirdness, your silliness, your full-bodied expression—whether that’s shaking, swaying, leaping, or simply breathing into stillness. Through movement, breath, and rhythm, we’ll reconnect with our bodies, each other, and the natural forces that shape us.

sound HEALING
"Sound & Vibration: A Journey into Healing Frequencies"
Sound is more than just something we hear—it’s something we feel. This workshop explores the history and science of sound healing, including resonance and entrainment, where sound waves sync with our brainwaves to promote deep relaxation.
Experience a crystal singing bowl demonstration, followed by a short sound bath to immerse yourself in vibrational healing. Then, we’ll co-create a collective sound experience, using instruments and voices to connect, express, and heal as a community—just as our ancestors did.
Sound is a tool for everyone—come explore its power and make it your own!
